Aaron Tshibola, born on 2 January 1995 (age 31), is a DR Congo international midfielder now with Kilmarnock. A commanding 6ft 3in (1.91m) presence in the middle of the park, he wears squad number 36 and has a current market value of around £298,000, according to Transfermarkt.
He came through at Reading, where his early development was helped by senior football away from the club. A loan spell at Hartlepool United gave him the sort of rough-edged experience young midfielders tend to need, before he returned to Reading and began to push properly into first-team football.
