Alasana Manneh, born on the 8th of April 1998 in Gambia, is a skilled midfielder known for his central role with Hibernian. Standing at 5 feet 9 inches tall (1.76m) and weighing in at 10 stone 3 pounds (65kg), he is a presence on the pitch. Manneh proudly bears the number 8 jersey and has had the honour of representing his native Gambia on the international stage.

Manneh's football journey kicked off at FC Barcelona B, from which he transferred on loan to Etar Veliko Tarnovo in Bulgaria's Second League in January of 2018. During his debut season (2018 - 2019), Manneh notched up 15 first team appearances and netted two goals in league matches.
Following his stint in Bulgaria, Manneh returned to FC Barcelona B in June 2019. However, his time back in Spain was brief. He transferred to Gornik Zabrze in Poland's Ekstraklasa in July 2019. Over the following four seasons (2019 - 2023), Manneh accumulated 85 first team appearances and scored six goals in league matches.
