Nlundulu began his professional career back in July 2013 when he joined Southampton as a trainee. During his inaugural season (2020 - 2021) with Southampton, he made a decent impact with 13 first team appearances in league matches.
His journey continued when he shifted from Southampton to Lincoln City on loan in July 2021, followed by transferring to Cheltenham Town in the League Two in England on loan in January 2022. While at Cheltenham, during the 2022-2023 season, Nlundulu made 23 first team appearances in league matches resulting in a scoring record of four goals.
In July of the same year, Nlundulu returned to Cheltenham Town and maintained his performance from previous season, securing 23 appearances with four strikes to his name.
January 2023 saw another move for Nlundulu, this time to the Bolton Wanderers in England's League One on loan. Though his time at Bolton was less successful with only five first team appearances listed for the 2022-2023 season.
In July 2023, the Wanderers secured Nlundulu from Southampton for an undisclosed fee, however his performance echoed that of his loan term, with another 5 appearances to his credit.
Less than a year later in August 2024, he found himself moving to Cambridge United, again in the League Two in England on loan, but returned in June of the following year to Bolton with the conclusion of his loan term.
Nlundulu made his final English league move in September 2025, when he transferred from Bolton to St Mirren in Scotland's Premiership - again for an undisclosed fee. As for the current season of 2025 - 2026 at St Mirren, Nlundulu has made 11 first team appearances and scored two goals in league matches.
