Born in the Korea Republic on 25th May 2002, Hyunjun Yang is a 23 year-old forward who primarily fills the role of right-winger for Celtic. His first season with the Hoops, 2023 - 2024, witnessed him making 24 first team appearances and scoring a single goal. During the subsequent 2024-2025 season, Yang noticeably upped the ante, making a further 23 appearances and bumping his goal tally up to five. Yang's displays have seen him participate in several notable competitions alongside Celtic. These include the Champions League 2023 - 2024 where he made two starts and two sub appearances, League Cup 2025-2026 where he scored a goal from a single start and sub appearance.
