Scottish-born Innes Cameron, born 22 August 2000, is a 25-year-old professional footballer who currently plies his trade as a forward, designated primarily as a striker for Raith Rovers. Bearing the number 11 jersey, Cameron stands 6ft 2in (1.9m) tall and weighs in at 12st 8lb (80kg).
Beginning his professional football journey, he joined Premiership team Kilmarnock in July 2016. In his debut season (2016-2017) he made two league appearances. This rose slightly in the 2017-2018 season, with three appearances. He then spent a season on loan with Stranraer in League Two of Scottish football, in September 2018, before returning to Kilmarnock in June 2019.
Consistently finding his footing and gaining more game time, Cameron gradually increased his league appearances for Kilmarnock across the following seasons; one appearance in the 2019-2020 season, 16 appearances with one goal in the 2022-2023 season, and ten appearances also with a solitary goal in the 2023-2024 season. By the 2024-2025 season, he reached 21 appearances, again netting a single goal.
A series of loan spells marked the next phase of Cameron's career. In October 2020, he transferred on loan to Ayr United in the Championship followed by a January 2021 loan move to Alloa Athletic in Scottish League One. After returning to Kilmarnock in June 2021, he moved again on loan in September 2021 to Queen of the South, also in League One, returning to his parent club in January 2022.
After a short return to Kilmarnock, in January 2022, Cameron again took up a short-term loan assignment at Queen of the South, returning to Kilmarnock in June 2022. Ultimately, Cameron transferred from Kilmarnock in July 2025 to play for Barrow in England's League Two. He then made another loan move in February 2026, switching to his current team, Raith Rovers in the Championship division.
At present, in the 2025-2026 season with Raith Rovers, Cameron has made six first team appearances and scored an impressive three goals in league matches.
As a note, Cameron has never played for Celtic Football Club and as a result, there is no additional Celtic-specific detail.
