Ekpiteta's strong performances caught Scottish eyes, and in July 2024, he was signed by the Scottish Premiership side, Hibernian. His ongoing stint at Hibernian has seen him make 13 appearances in league matches for the 2024 - 2025 season. He also stamped his authority in the League Cup of that year, scoring a goal in his four starts.
