Matias Fernandez-Pardo, born on 3 February 2005 (age 21), is a Belgian striker with Newcastle United. His market value is around £8.5m, according to Transfermarkt.
The substance of his senior career so far came at Lille. Across two seasons there, he made 51 league appearances and scored 12 league goals, with his best return coming in 2025-26, when he scored eight times in 29 league matches. That is the spell which gives his record most of its shape.
He moved on to Newcastle United for 2026-27 and has made three Premier League appearances and one League Cup appearance, four in all. He has also been involved with Belgium this season, making three World Cup appearances and two in the Nations League.
Fernandez-Pardo remains a developing forward whose career is still chiefly measured by his Lille work, with Newcastle now the next stage of it.
