Born on 10 May 2001 (age 25), Michel-Ange Balikwisha is a DR Congo winger whose senior career first moved properly at Standard Liege. His most productive league season came there in 2020-21, when he scored seven times in 26 appearances.
The main body of his career, though, was built at Royal Antwerp. Across five seasons he made 85 league appearances and scored 16 league goals, giving him the sort of sustained run that tends to tell you more than a promising month and a highlights reel.
Celtic signed Balikwisha from Royal Antwerp in August 2025. He was part of the squad that won the Premiership in 2025-26, adding a Scottish title to a career already shaped by a long spell in Belgium.
