Born on 8 September 2002, Miguel Freckleton hails from England and is currently a robust defensive pillar for St Mirren in Scotland. Well-structured at a height of 6ft 3in (1.93m), and weighing in at 12st 8lb (80kg), he brings his presence to the field donning the number 21 jersey.
According to Transfermarkt, his prowess on the pitch roughly translates to a market value of around £106k.
Miguel Freckleton's professional journey was initiated in December 2021, when he joined Sheffield United, competing in the Championship league of England. However, his tenure was not constant, with several loans taking him to different stages across the English football landscape.
His first move away from Sheffield came as a loan to Wealdstone in the National League in November 2022. For a first taste of senior football during the 2022-2023 season, Freckleton had a respectable debut, making 14 first-team appearances and landing his first goal in league football during this period.
In a continued quest for experience, Freckleton found himself on loan yet again in March 2023, this time to Yeovil Town, still within the realms of the National League. More moves were on the horizon as the defender then joined Chesterfield in England's League Two on loan in August 2023 and then Swindon Town, also in League Two, in July 2024.
July 2025 marked an enormous step forward for Freckleton as he transferred to St Mirren in the Scottish Premiership for an undisclosed fee, signing off his journey through numerous English leagues. His time at St Mirren, in the 2025-2026 season, has so far seen quite the promising start, with 14 first team appearances and two goals in league matches to his credit.
