Mike Eerdhuijzen, born on 13 July 2000 (age 26), is a Dutch central defender with Mechelen. An imposing 6ft 3in (1.91m), he wears squad number 44 and has a current market value of around £1.5m, according to Transfermarkt.
His senior career took shape at FC Volendam, where his most productive league campaign came in 2021-2022: 22 appearances and one goal. That is not a headline-grabbing attacking return, but for a centre-half it at least suggests he was getting regular minutes and beginning to settle into first-team football.
In 2026-2027, Eerdhuijzen made two league appearances for FC Utrecht before adding four more for Mechelen. His career to this point is that of a solid Dutch defender building experience across the Netherlands and Belgium, rather than a player demanding grand claims.
