Shea Kearney (born 25 January 2004, age 22) is a Northern Irish right-back with Dunfermline Athletic, where he wears squad number 11. His career to date has been shaped most clearly by Cliftonville, rather than by any wandering route through lesser staging posts.
At Cliftonville, Kearney made 60 league appearances across two seasons and scored three league goals. His most productive campaign came in 2023–24, when he scored three times in 29 league matches, giving him a proper run of senior football and a platform beyond the Irish League.
By 2025–26 he was part of the Dunfermline Athletic first team, making 38 appearances in all competitions, including 28 in the Championship, four in the League Cup, four in the Scottish Cup and two in the Premiership play-offs. He has not scored for Dunfermline, but his season has been steady, consistent and unspectacular enough to keep him relevant in the side.
Kearney remains a developing professional whose strongest body of work still sits with Cliftonville, while Dunfermline has given him regular football in Scotland and a different test at right-back.
