Warren O'Hora, born in Rep. Ireland on 19 April 1999, at present 26 years of age, is known as a formidable force on the football field due to his role as a defender. Currently representing Hibernian, O'Hora primarily assumes the position of a central defender, towering at a height of 6ft (or 1.84m for our metric using friends) and weighing a solid 12st 8lb (equivalent to 80kg). The number 5 jersey is his to don on the Hibernian turf.
O'Hora's journey in professional football began in earnest back in January 2016 when he joined Bohemian FC in the Premier Division in Rep. Ireland as a trainee. His debut season in 2017 saw him making 11 first team appearances in league matches – a commendable achievement for a budding talent.
The beginning of 2018 brought with it a fresh opportunity for O'Hora as he was transferred from Bohemian FC to Brighton & Hove Albion in the Premier League in England, for a fee shrouded in mystery and yet to be disclosed to the public.
But it doesn't seem as though O'Hora was able to fully find his footing at Brighton; by August 2020 he was loaned out to MK Dons, a club that competes in the fourth tier of English football, League Two. It was here in the 2022-2023 season that O'Hora displayed his scoring ability, finding the net once and making 25 appearances in competitive league matches.
Intriguingly, come January 2021, the Brighton decision-makers opted to let O'Hora permanently transfer to MK Dons, where he would continue his burgeoning development. O'Hora replicated his previous season's performance at the club, featuring in 25 games and netting the ball once in the 2022-2023 season.
In 2024, O'Hora's path diverted northwards, as he was transferred from MK Dons to Scottish Premiership side Hibernian. Since his move, he has performed well, making 29 appearances and scoring once.
Furthermore, O'Hora's energy was instrumental in Hibernian's League Cup 2024-2025 run, where he not only featured in all five matches but also put himself on the score sheet. His efforts weren’t confined to the League Cup, as he also managed to secure two starting spots in the prestigious Scottish Cup in the 2024-2025 season.
